The small print

  • We offer complimentary help with up to three queries per organisation or up to one hour. If you need more time, you are welcome to use our charged service (£25 per 15 mins). We’ll let you know when you’ve used the complimentary help before any charges are made.

  • We help frequently with these popular systems: Access Charity CRM, Beacon, Donorfy, Dynamics 365, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce. There are others that we are familiar with, so if in doubt please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • We assume that you’ve asked help from your software support team and that you won’t share confidential information with us! As we don’t have access to your system, we may not be able to answer your exact question, but are very happy to point you in the right direction.

  • We will retain your contact details for the purpose of processing your help.

  • Any invoices for paid work are sent at the start of the following month.
