Data Strategy Development: Using industry best practice, we assess - agnostic to the CRM used - the flow or data around the organisation. We use this to help you develop a data strategy, and the governance required to make best use of data.
CRM Selection: Whether as part of a move to cloud services or to improve system performance, we use our Assemble process to help review and select from the many options available. We work with several key emphases including organisation fit and user fit.
User Requirements: We will meet with your stakeholders to understand what is working well and what isn’t. You will receive a requirements document which can be used for your procurement process.
Procurement Support: We can provide as little or as much support as you need through the procurement process, including producing tender documentation, options analysis, liaising with suppliers and evaluation.
