Today at the CASE Development Services Conference, I joined Yvette Fidler, CRM Product Owner, at Christian Aid to talk about how to make your CRM Operation sparkle. The session focused on different techniques for managing workload and expectations across change requests and business-as-usual.
Instead of discussing CRM software, we talked about different affordable technology and roles used to help manage teams, and to monitor performance. At the core of our story, we used the example of Christian Aid, whose CRM teams have adopted Agile methodology, team structures and governance as a practical strategy to alleviate quality and cost concerns.
